With a table like:

How can I achieve a table as with Distinct Department list in the first column, Distinct Positions as headers and relevant Employees' Names concatenated and presented and placed in relevant cells, i.e. something like:
Department | Assistant_Manager | Manager | Senior_Manager
Dept_A | Employee_A | Employee_B | NULL
Dept_B | Employee_C | Employee_D, Employee_E | NULL
Dept_C | NULL | Employee_F | Employee_G, Employee_H, Employee_I
